Far from high politics and ideologies, geographically and metaphorically, the local politicians of the village of Djulovac in Eastern Croatia are forced to create and run their own strategy to establish communication between native Croats, native Serbs rebelled in 1991, and Croats from Kosovo as newcomers in order to regain normal life after the war.
