Božidar Kneževic was born in Titograd, Montenegro in 1952. He graduated from the Faculty of Political Science in Zagreb in 1975.

From 1977 until 1991, he worked at TV Zagreb as a programme editor and film director in the Educational Programme. Since mid-1992, he has been a free-lance journalist and television cameramen, working for European TV companies following the events of war in Croatia, Bosnia and Kosovo.


He has written many magazine stories from the war-affected regions, which have been broadcasted on SRG, YLE, TV NOVA, WRD ect.

Operation "Storm" is Bozidar's first documentary film.
