Born in Petrovci near Vukovar in 1956. Graduated cinematography at the Academy of Drama Art in Zagreb in 1982. Teaching cinematography at the same school as an associate professor. Publishes articles about cinematography in variety of professional journals. Works as photographer and cinematographer. He shot a number of feature films, TV-films and documentaries, mostly for television. Recently, he made documentaries for independent productions, using digital video (Life in Fresh Air, Lucky kid, All about Eva). All about Eva is his debut as a director.
